The Builders Exchange of Rochester continuously provides up-to-date information about new projects out for bid. This information is gathered from local, state, and federal agencies, architects, engineers, private owners, general contractors and construction managers. We cover projects in the Rochester MSA (with the exception of smaller residential developments).  Strong relationship with other Exchanges outside our area allows us to access major projects of interest to our members.

The Builders Exchange offers several membership levels:

• Construction Member:
  Construction news & information, unlimited users, personalized project tracking, planroom users, affiliate service group discounts, weekly email bulletin, networking events, legislative advocacy, traning programs, buyers guide.
  Annual cost: $450
• Construction Member with Pre Bid:
  Construction membership with prebid services.
  Annual cost: $1,050
• Enhanced Construction Member:
  Construction membership with ONLINE access to plans and specifications.
  Annual cost: $1,150
• Premium Construction Member:
  Access to all of The Builders Exchange service offerings.
  Annual cost: $1,750
• A/E Member:
  Construction membership and prebid services.
  Annual cost: $750
• Construction Member:
  A/E Membership with ONLINE access to plans and specifications.
  Annual cost: $450

• Single Use Access:
  Access is available to contractors and subcontractors for a 24 hour period at a cost of $95 plus tax.  To gain access to the planroom please contact our office at 586-5460.

   

NOTE: Membership in the Builders Exchange of Rochester is a company membership and as such all direct employees of the member company enjoy full use of the services. Subcontractors, affiliated companies, joint partnerships, etc. are not considered part of the member company and are not afforded membership rights.
