		President – Aaron Hilger Aaron’s activities include government relations, labor relations, and economic development. Mr. Hilger is active in numerous associations and is Managing Director of the Construction Industry Association of Rochester (CIAR). In his role as Managing Director, Aaron assists Contractors in the negotiating of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA’s) with several local labor unions. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee in a variety of Health, Welfare and Pension funds. Aaron is a board member of UNiCON, the Construction Employers Labor Relations Association, Chairman of the New York State Construction Industry Committee and is also a founding member of Builder Partners. In addition, Aaron is active in the not-for-profit area as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimers Association. Recently Mr. Hilger was appointed to the Al Sigl Center Foundation Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Builders Exchange, Mr. Hilger was CEO of McGonigle & Hilger Roofing Co., Inc. He has also held positions with the National Roofing Contractors Association, a member of the New York State Assembly and a member of the British Parliament. Mr. Hilger earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester. He holds a Masters Degree in Political Management from George Washington University and an MBA from the University at Buffalo.

		Public Affairs Manager – Mike Adams Mike joined the Builders Exchange in June 2005. In his current role he helps to manage various public affairs projects such as Builder Partners, Votervoice and the BX Rochester PAC. Mike also oversees the functionality of the IT network and electronic planroom. Prior to joining the Exchange, Mike worked as a research assistant at University Medical Imaging from 1998-2001 and was an Intern for the Government & Public Affairs office at the Rochester Business Alliance in 2004. Mike graduated from Colgate University in May 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

		Coordinator, Membership Services - Nicole Gissendanner Nicole has been with the Builders Exchange since Februrary 2006. She began working as part-time administrative support and was promoted to her current position in November of 2006. Nicole plays a vital role in our Planroom. She calls for future projects, current projects, and project leads. She communicates with architects, engineers and plan holders. Nicole also helps perform daily planroom tasks such as entering projects, printing blueprints, and assisting member who visit the physical planroom. In addition to her planroom responsibilities, Nicole provides Robex online training, member assistance, and updates member accounts.

		Director, Membership & Planroom Services - Mike Kanealey Mike joined the Builders Exchange in August 2007 bringing with him over 12 years of account management experience. As Director, Membership & Planroom Services, his primary role is to increase awareness of the Exchange and maintain/increase membership levels. Mike spends his time with current and potential members informing them of the services and benefits that an Exchange membership offers. Mike also oversees the Planroom activites and staff. Prior to coming to the Exchange, Mike served as Account Manager for Lake Beverage and Great Lakes Premium Brands as well as Accounts Manager at Genesee/ High Falls Brewing Company for 7 years. Mike holds a B.S. in Marketing / Communications from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York.

		Manager, Affiliate Services - Jillian Modzel Jill joined the Builders Exchange in August 2007. In addition to her role as Executive Assistant to Aaron Hilger, Jill is also the main point of contact for all of the affiliates. That includes being Executive Director of DBIA and RCCI, liaison to the JBX, Associate Director of SMACNA and CIAR and coordinating CFMA. Jill works with the various Boards to ensure that the programs are meeting their goals and providing the right services to the membership. Prior to joining the Builders Exchange Jill worked for the Rochester Business Alliance, Staffing Solutions division for 2 years as a Placement Specialist. Jill also has past experience working for subcontractors in the construction industry. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from RIT’s College of Business in Business Administration / Marketing.

		Planroom Reporter - Julie Molyneux Julie has been with the Builders Exchange since September 2005. In her current role, she serves as Plan Room Reporter. Julie’s responsibilities included scanning and naming blueprints, blueprint orders, and assisting members in the plan room. She also monitors the Syracuse Builders Exchange and transferring project from them. Prior to the Builders Exchange, Julie worked at the Law Office of Gullace and Weld LLP as an Office Assistant.

		Manager, Planroom – Gina Zollweg Gina has been with the Builders Exchange since March 2007. In her current role, she serves as the Planroom Manager. Gina responsibilities include data entry for the projects in the electronic plan room and overseeing plan room production. She also scans and extracts the specification books, adds the addenda and memos and assists members in the plan room. Gina serves as a Notary Public for the Exchange. Prior to the Builders Exchange, Gina worked at the Law Office of Paul W. Martin as a paralegal. She attended Rochester Business Institute and graduated in 2005 with her Associates in Legal Assisting.
