"...building tomorrow's leaders...today"
In every organization, there are employees that work a little harder, achieve greater results, and want to take on a larger role in the organization. They are often referred to as the “high potentials”, the next “leader”, or the “visionary”. Many companies look for new and interesting ways to develop these individuals. Let us help.
The JBX is an opportunity for the next generation of construction leader to build relationships and trust with other up and coming individual leaders. Through a variety of programs, they can share problems, develop solutions, and learn from each other. The purpose of the JBX is to provide an opportunity for tomorrow’s leaders to interact with their peers through social and educational programs.
The JBX creates an annual calendar of events that will allow Builders Exchange members to send their staff to functions where they can interact with peers. Events are typically planned on a monthly basis and cover a variety of events such as:
- Educational/Leadership programs
- Mixers
- Dinner Events
- Local Project Reviews
- Golf Outing supporting the Mary Parkes Asthma Center
Today, more than at any other time, relationships open doors to opportunities. Every company should encourage their leaders to get out into the community and develop relationships that will help it grow. The JBX provides one forum for that to occur.
To join the JBX, an individual needs to be employed by a Builders Exchange member company. To access an application, click here. If you would like more information, please contact Mike Kanealey at 585-586-5460 or mike.kanealey@robex.com.
