• Construction News and Information at Robex
  - Search for current projects out to bid
  - Set up filters to locate projects that meet your company’s criteria
  - Add your company to bidder lists
  - Get complete project details including actual drawings and specifications, addenda and bidder lists
  - Use the Invitation to Bid feature to quickly create bids for your subs and suppliers including spec index and plan sheet list
  - Hardcopy plans and specs are available during regular working hours and may be signed out overnight
   
• Training and Education
  The Builders Exchange offers educational seminars and workshops throughout the year. Courses cover a wide variety of topics key to the construction industry, including OSHA Safety Training programs, Notary Public, New York Sales Tax and Blueprint Reading.  Members are entitled to participate in our New York State Department of Labor grant program that offers free training in specific courses.
   
• Social Events
  We sponsor numerous events that offer our members key opportunities for networking with others in the construction industry. Some of the enjoyable festivities include two golf tournaments, bi-monthly social events, a holiday dinner and a fantastic annual clambake.
   
• Weekly Bulletin
  As a Builders Exchange member you will receive weekly bulletins which give industry updates on current projects and bid results, local legislation, building codes and regulations. Advertising in the bulletin is another resource members can utilize to get their message in front of our targeted list of other construction industry members.
   
• Member Discount Programs
  Our members take advantage of discount programs and group rates on things like group insurance, Fleet purchasing, AT&T affiliate progam, Nu-Look Collision Service, Staples, Paychex payroll services, copying services, and Delta Sonic car washes.  Please contact the office for information on any of these programs.
   
• Legislative Advocate
  Builders Exchange Members make an impact as part of a powerful unified business voice. Your Exchange actively works to improve the construction and regulatory climate in New York.

  Our members have access to 2 conference rooms and one large training room.  Call the Exchange to make reservations in advance.
