TITLE: SERVICE AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities Include:
Ø Working with Sales Department to specify jobs. Assist with job costing and planning.
Ø Responsible for timely, on budget installations of projects. Act as a liaison between the customer and TSG Operations.
Ø Performing field work. Provide panel terminations, programming, start up and testing of security and fire alarm systems.
Ø Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving systems problems and failures.

Ø Performing scheduled fire alarm tests and inspections.

Qualifications:
Education: A.A.S in Electronics or equivalent experience. MCSE preferred. Network and OSHA 10 certification a plus.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft application including SQL. Factory trained in a major access control solution such as Lenel or Honeywell Access. Three to five years experience in installation of security, video surveillance, fire alarm and card access systems.
Bosch Programming experience strongly desired.
Must have a valid NYS driver’s license, good driving record and be eligible for security clearance.
