Villager Construction, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Contract Administrator to support the Contract Manager with the following list of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare subcontract agreements:
    • Track subcontractor insurances
    • Set up of subcontractors into EBO/LCP Tracker/B2G Now
    • Prepare and track DOT paperwork from subcontractors
    • Submission of documents for approval to EIC
  • Tracking receipt of subcontractor payroll for all jobs
  • Review subcontractor payroll for accurate wages
  • Prepare subcontractor change orders
  • Select subcontractor invoices for payment, confirming required documentation & owner payment
  • Monitor on-site vs off-site/owned vs brokered trucking against MWBE goals
  • Prepare and manage Vendor Services Agreements
  • Insurance compliance tracking
  • Monitor EEO / M-WBE project goal requirements and report to Project Managers weekly
  • Create and ensure accuracy of NYSDOL postings on job sites
  • Handle subcontractor payment inquiries
  • Subcontractor compliance management within Timberline
  • Submission of MWBE Utilization plans as required by contract

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction industry
  • Software: Sage Timberline, Equity Business Opportunity (EBO), LCP Tracker/B2G Now (Preferred)
  • Organization is a must
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Willing to adjust to ever changing role
