We are currently seeking a motivated Service Operations Coordinator, which will work under the direct supervision of the General Manager. This position supports the Service Department while enhancing synergy, internally and externally with a diverse group of clients. This person will coordinate special projects in addition to scheduling, record keeping, typing, filing and overall workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize a varied workload with a high level of organization and a keen eye for systematic efficiencies. This highly visible and important role in our operations will include potential for future growth and career development.

Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Coordinate Service scheduling, dispatching and completion
  • Manage service completion reporting
  • Assist with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects
  • Oversee and manage tasks related to DOH (Department of Health) Compliance
  • Leverage technology to manage and create operational efficiencies
  • Assist with management of remote and local inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma with 2 or more years of equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
  • Customer service oriented with good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Skills in calendar management, planning, prioritizing with superior organization habits
  • Problem assessment and resolution
  • Documentation, monitoring with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, flexible, people-oriented with a friendly & patient demeanor, fast learner with the ability to illustrate initiative and responsibility
  • Experience supporting and/or leading within a service environment is a Plus
  • Experience with improving organizational processes, quality, productivity and efficiency is a Plus
  • Technology Proficiency: Microsoft Office Products, Window operation systems & standard office equipment
